How can I contact support?

This is an easy one.  From within Client Diary you will see a ? at the top right of the screen.

Click on the ? link and choose either support request or feature request.

Enter your request and hit send.  We will receive your request instantly with all your contact details so we can help.

How to I set an employee roster

  • Click on the Employee menu option
  • Select the Employee’s name
  • Select the Roster tab
  • Adjust the roster
  • Press the Save button at the bottom

Note the roster will respond to whichever location you are set to. If you have more than one location/site, be sure to set the rosters for each location/site.

How can I delete an employee?

  • Go to the Employees menu.
  • Select the Employee name on the list on the left.
  • Select Add/Edit Details tab on the right.
  • Untick the Active checkbox.
  • Press Save button at the bottom

How can I create a new employee?

  • Press the Big Green Plus Circle at the very top of the screen.
  • Select Employee from the dropdown
  • Enter Employee Details, ensure you tick which location they’re working at or they won’t show up at your location
  • Be sure to give them their PIN number / make note of the PIN number
  • Press Save button at the bottom

How can I edit a transaction?

  • Select the Clients menu option.
  • Select the client who you performed a transaction with.
  • Select the History tab at the top of the screen.
  • Select the Purchases tab just down to the right of the client’s name.
  • Press the Edit button.
  • Make changes required.
  • Press the Save Button
