How to Create A General Note For Client

Sometimes a General Note has to be made for a client.

There two methods To do this.

Method One

Here are the steps to create a general note for the client.

  • Go to Clients on main menu
  • Click on the client in the client menu on the right
  • Go to the Notes tab on the top bar menu
  • Click on Create New Note

  • In the note write the note and select General Notes
  • Then Click on Submit

 

Method 2

  • Go to Calendar on main menu
  • Select an appointment and Select Notes tab in the appointment pop up menu
  • Select Create New Note

  • Type the note in the in the section where is says Enter Note For This Client Here
  • Select General Notes under where it says Enter Note For This Client Here
  • Click on Submit
