How to Create Technical Note For Client

A Technical Note is a little different to a General Note.

  • A general note is a note that is simply attached to the client
  • A technical note is a note that is attached to the client, but also is attached to a specific service they had.

There two methods to add a Technical Note.

Method One

  • Go to Clients on main menu
  • Click on the client’s name in the client menu on the right
  • Go to the Notes tab on the top bar menu
  • Click on Create New Note

 

  • In the note area, write the note and select Technical History
  • Choose the service from the dropdown menu that you want to attach this note to.
  • Then Click on Submit

 

 

 

Method 2

  • Go to Calendar on main menu
  • Select an appointment and Select Notes tab in the appointment pop up menu
  • Select Create New Note

 

 

  • In the note area, write the note and select Technical History
  • Choose the service from the dropdown menu that you want to attach this note to.
  • Then Click on Submit
