Moving an appointment to another day

If a client calls and wants to re-schedule you can easily move the appointment in Client Diary.

  • Select the appointment in the calendar. This makes the context slider appear.
  • Select the Reschedule button

  • Now press the +Day -Day buttons to find the date the client wants to move the appointment to.  The calendar updates so you can see what’s free that day.
  • You can also click the Date input to select a specific date.
  • You can also press the Start Time input to choose a new time.
  • Press the Apply button to move the appointment to the new date.
