How to Approve or Deny an Online Booking

When a client makes an online booking you are alerted by an email to your business email account and via an alert built into Client Diary.

You can then choose to approve the booking, or, if it didn’t suit (say you forgot to book out a holiday in the future), you can deny the booking.

For each of these actions, the client is sent an SMS to let them know it was either approved or denied.

How To Approved/Deny Online Booking By Email.

When a client makes online booking you are sent email notification of the details of the booking.  Included in that email is an option to Approve or Deny the booking instead of physically having to log into Client Diary.
