How To Email An Existing Voucher To Clients

A client may need a voucher emailed to them for different reasons; to send to a friend as a gift, they lost they original and need a copy, or just to confirm the amount left on it. Using Client Diary, you are able to send this quickly and easily straight to the clients email address.

To get to the voucher manager:

  • Select the My Account menu 
  • Choose the Add-Ons tab 
  • Press the Issued Vouchers Manager Option

  • In the No. column select the  voucher you wish to email
  • Click on the Email Selected Voucher button
  • Enter the recipients email address
  • Press the Send button
  • The voucher is sent.
