How To Email An Existing Voucher To Clients

Client Diary allows you to quickly and easily email gift vouchers to your customers.

To get to the voucher emailing screen:

  • Select the My Account menu 
  • Select the Add-Ons tab 
  • Select the Issued Vouchers Manager option

  • In the No. column click on the  voucher you wish to email
  • Click on the Email Selected Voucher button
  • Enter the recipients email address
  • Click on the Send button and the voucher will be sent
