There are many reasons a business will want to print a physical copy of the calendar. This document shows you how to do this using the default Google Chrome print tool.
Often the calendar can be too large to print on a standard piece of paper (commonly A4). Google Chrome allows for scaling of the calendar to shrink it down enough to print on one page.
- Select the Calendar
- Press the Printer Icon
- It will then download it in a PDF format in your browser
- Open the PDF
- Select the print option in the PDF
- Press Print
