How To Set Up Low Stock Product Email Notification

Client Diary can alert you of stock being low.  It does this via email so you can keep track of these stock items when you’re ready to order.

To set this up:

  • Select the Products menu
  • Go to the Product you want to enable the alert for
  • Enter an alert number into the Alert If Below input
  • Click on the SaveĀ button to finalise.

When your stock drops below the level you’ve set, an email notification will be sent to your business email as shown below.
