Unfortunately, bad internet still exists in the modern times.
Due to this, a real time app like Client Diary can have issues if the internet is dropping out regularly in the background.
It can be hard to check for this kind of thing but if you’ve had your internet company do a check on your line and they’ve told you that you’re lumped with sub par internet you may end up with your calendar not refreshing as it should.
For businesses in this situation we’ve added a simple button to the calendar to refresh the system.
What it does when you press it is request our servers to send the latest data to the calendar.
At that point it will re-draw the calendar information with that new data. That way you’re assured to have the exact information that’s on our cloud system.
