Using Quick Replies

Efficiency is a large part of running an effective business. Any seconds you can trim means more time better serving your clients.

Client Diary’s SMS features have been implemented in a way to be effective and easy to use, we now introduce Quick Replies.

Quick Replies allow you to quickly reply back without the need to open the calendar or find the clients name in your database.

A notification box will pop up in the bottom right corner and this is where you can write a response then send it straight away.

Other options available is to mark the message as read if the client is just confirming an appointment in causal terms such as “Sounds great, see you then”, or you can quickly go to the clients page where you can leave a note or edit any information you need.
